2.2.2 ATX- AT/ATX Power on mode selection

The BRAV-7520/BRAV-7521 provides a AT/ATX jumper, which users can set Power-on mode by it.
When you set pins 2 and 3 on, it means power on by AC Power; When you set pins 1 and 2 on, it means
power on by Power button.

2.3 I/O Ports Indication
