Problems

Problem
Cofee only emerges
from the outlet in
drips.
Cofee does not low. Water tank not illed
Fill beans appears on
the display although
the bean container
is illed.
Loud grinder noise.
Brewing unit cannot
be inserted after
removing.
System error appears
on the display.

Grinding ineness
too ine.

Software problem
Set a coarser grinding ineness (see
chapter  8.8 on page 83).
Clean the brewing unit (see chap-
ter  9.3 on page 86).
Run the cleaning programme (see
chapter  9.6 on page 89).
Descale the appliance (see chap-
ter  9.7 on page 90).
Fill the water tank and ensure it is
positioned correctly (see chap-
ter  4.6 on page 67).
Clean the brewing unit (see chap-
ter  9.3 on page 86).
Tap lightly on the bean container.
Clean the bean container.
Cofee beans too oily. Use diferent
cofee beans.
Move the "BEAN SELECT" slider to
the right or left.
Contact the hotline.
Check whether the handle for the
brewing unit locking mechanism is
correctly engaged (see chapter  9.3
on page 86).
Press and hold the "My Cofee" but-
ton. Also press the ON/OFF button.
The appliance initialises. Release
the buttons again.
Switch the appliance of and
on again (see chapter  4.1 on
page 61).
Contact the hotline.
