Maximum Loading
Each rotor is designed to run with its maximum load at maximum speed. The safety system
of the centrifuge requires that the rotor is not overloaded.
The rotors are designed to work with substance mixtures with a density of up to 1.2 g/ml.
If the admissible maximum load is exceeded, the following steps need to be taken:
Reduce the fill level.
ƒ
Reduce the speed.

Operation
When using an aerosol-tight rotor lid, verify that the sample tubes don't
interfere with the rotor lid and don't compromise its sealing efficiency.
Tubes may open and break during centrifugation because they do not fit
properly to the cavities. Contamination may occur. Make sure that the
length and width of the tubes are fitting into cavities. Do not use tubes
that are too short or too thick for the cavities.
