Remove the Manifold

1 Use a / " combination wrench to remove the manifold

screw from each valve.

2 Use a / " combination wrench to remove the manifold inlet
8
line from the brass elbow on the manifold.
3 Remove any tie wraps that are holding parts of the wire
harness to the manifold.
4 Remove the manifold from the manifold bracket.

MANIFOLD INSTALLATION

Install the Manifold

1 Use a / " combination wrench to attach the manifold inlet
8
line to the brass elbow on the manifold.

2 Use a / " combination wrench to install the manifold screw
4
on each valve.
Note: The brass elbow is included on the new manifold.
CAUTION
Do not lift the manifold to remove the tube fittings.
Gas tubes provide support to the manifold.
Deforming the gas tube may cause knob alignment
issues.
WARNING
When reassembling manifold components, only pipe
thread compound should be used. Do not use Teflon
tape to seal gas connections.
Install All Receptacles
To install each receptacle:
1 Install the receptacle onto the burner valve.

2 Use a Phillips screwdriver to install the mounting screws
into the receptacle.
Install the Burner Pan
Place the burner pan on the burner box.
Install All Burner Assemblies
To install each burner assembly:
1 Attach the electrode wire to the igniter.
2 Place the burner assembly into the burner pan.
3 Use a T-15 Torx bit to install the screws holding the burner
assembly to the orifice holder, torqued to 24 in lb.
Install All Bezels
To install each bezel:
1 Connect the bezel to the light wire harness.
2 Insert the bezel into the unit.
3 Twist the bezel 90° clockwise.
Install All Knobs
Push each knob onto each valve shaft.
Install All Burner Caps
Install all burner caps onto the burner assemblies.
Install All Burner Grates
Place all burner grates onto the cooktop.
ELECTRODE WIRE REMOVAL
To remove the electrode wire, first remove the burner grate,
burner cap, and burner assembly.
WARNING
Turn off the power to the product before starting this
procedure.
