Gas settings

Only an Authorised Technical Assistance Service can convert boiler
operation from methane (G20) to propane gas (G31) or vice-versa. To convert
the gas, proceed as follows:
• Access the connection board under the front control panel of the boiler by
undoing the two screws (see figure in section 6.2.2.).
• Move pin 3 of the dip-switch J to its ON position (upwards, as shown in
the picture to the side).
• Calibrate the gas valve as described in section 7.4.2.
• Close the cover on the connection board.
At each change of position of a Dip-Switch, the display shows an error requiring a RESET.
When the gas change is completed the boiler data plate must be amended to indicate the new gas data.
7.4.1 COMBUSTION PARAMETERS
To measure combustion efficiency and the toxicity of the products of
combustion, the boiler is fitted with two dedicated test points. One connection
point is connected to the flue gas discharge circuit (A), and allows monitoring
of the quality of the combustion products and the combustion efficiency. The
other is connected to the combustion air intake circuit (B), allowing checking
of any recycling of the combustion products in the case of concentric exhaust
ducts. The following parameters can be measured at the connection point on
the flue gas circuit:
• temperature of the combustion products;
• carbon dioxide CO concentration;

• carbon monoxide (CO) concentration.
The temperature of the comburent air must be measured on the test point
located on the air intake circuit (B) by inserting the measurement sensor by
about 7 cm (A).
To analyse the combustion products, enable the flue cleaning function. There
are 3 power levels for central heating:
• press the button for a minimum of 3 seconds and the boiler runs at
maximum power (1).
• press the button for 1 second and the boiler runs at minimum power (2).
• press the button for 1 second and the boiler runs at medium power (3).
This function takes 30 minutes. To stop the calibration function and exit, press and hold the button
