Item to be Confirmed
The power supply malfunction has been
detected, and it is in a shutdown state.
Confirm the each circuit in "5.4 VOLTAGE
MONITORING CIRCUIT"
+ This state is kept until IC7202 (PANEL
CPU) is reset.
Item to be Confirmed
Confirm that pin 5 of CN2 on SW POWER
SUPPLY is 12 V while the power cord is
plugged in.
Confirm that there is the signal of V+3R3E
(PANEL CPU Power) while the power cord is
plugged in.
Confirm the circuit between S5001 (Power
switch) on AUDB Assy and IC7202 (PANEL
CPU) on PNLB Assy.
Confirm that the signal of pin 35 (EUP_CTRL) of
IC7202 (PANEL CPU) on PNLB Assy changes to
H when Power switch is turned to ON.
of CN2 on SW POWER SUPPLY is 12 V
when Power switch is turned to ON.
Refer to "4.3 POWER BLOCK DIAGRAM" to
confirm that the voltages of IC1201 (V+5D)
and IC1401 (PMIC) are normal.
+ The voltage is designed approximately as
the circuit name. (e.g. V+3R3*d3.3 V)
Refer to the "4.3 POWER BLOCK DIAGRAM"
to confirm that Power supply circuits except
the above are normal.

Corrective Action
Search for defective power circuits, repair the
defective soldering and replace parts if found. If
the parts that are difficult to replace are defective,
the relevant Assy must be replaced.
Corrective Action
If not confirmed, replace SW POWER SUPPLY.
If not confirmed, confirm the peripheral circuit of
IC1003 (DC/DC CONVERTER) and repair the
defective soldering if found. If not confirmed,
replace MAIN Assy.
Repair defective soldering and connection if found.
If the signal does not change from H to L when
Power switch is turned from OFF to ON, replace
the switch.
Confirm the peripheral circuit of IC7202 (PANEL
CPU), and repair defective soldering if found.
If not found, replace IC7202 (PANEL CPU).
If pin 10 (STBY) of CN2 is 0 V, replace SW POWER
SUPPLY. If it is about 10 to 12 V, confirm the circuit
between pin 35 (EUP_CTRL) of IC7202 (PANEL CPU)
and pin 10 (EUP_CTRL) of CN2.
Confirm the peripheral circuit of IC1201 (V+5D)
and IC1401 (PMIC), and repair defective soldering
if found. If not found, replace MAIN Assy.
Search for defective power circuits, repair the
