Backup power supply of the device is realized due to the plug-in battery module.

Plug-in battery module

External module for NetPing 85M2 batteries is an additional accessory for NetPing controllers. It is designed to
maintain the autonomous operation of the controllers in the event of a main power failure. The module is installed
as an external unit and is connected with a wire to the connector on the case of NetPing controllers.
The batteries installed in the NetPing 85M2 module are charged when they are connected to a NetPing device and
there is an external power supply. When the external power supply is disconnected, the module continues to
provide power to the connected device by discharging the batteries. The autonomous operation time when the
external power supply is disconnected is at least 5 hours with Ethernet enabled.
