1) 把上送布量调节盘❶向右 ( ＋方向 ) 转动 , 上送
布量变大 , 向左 ( －方向 ) 转动 , 上送布量变小。
上送布量的大小 , 上送布指针❷是可以让操作人
员知道上送布刻度板❹的哪个位置适宜。
2) 局部归拢调节盘❸是使用局部归拢装置 PF-6 时 ,
限制最大上送布量的零件 , 有关操作方法请参照
「32. PF-6 局部归拢装置」 。
( 注意 ) 不使用局部归拢装置 PF-6 时 , 向右转动局部
归拢调节盘❸ , 把局部归拢止动指针❺的位置
对准 "8"。

① 上下送り二又❶の締めねじ❷をゆるめます。
② 送り台を上下に動かして調節します。
③ 締めねじ❷を固く締めます。
To adjust the height of feed dog:
Loosen screw ❷ of crank ❶ .

Move the feed bracket up or down to make adjustment.

送布牙高度的调节方法如下。
① 拧松上下送布叉❶的固定螺丝❷。
② 上下移动送布台进行调节。
③ 拧紧固定螺丝❷。
1) 上送り量調節ダイヤル❶を右 ( ＋側 ) に回すと上
送り量は大きくなり、左 ( −側 ) に回すと上送り
量は小さくなります。上送り量の大きさは、上送
り指針❷が上送り目盛板❹のどの目盛位置にあ
るかで目安をつけることができます。
2) 局いせ調節ダイヤル❸は、局部いせ込み装置
PF-6 使用時に上送り量の最大量を規制するもの
で、操作方法については「32. PF-6 局部いせ込
み装置」を参照してください。
( 注意 ) 局部いせ込み装置 PF-6 を使用しない場合は、
局いせ調節ダイヤル❸を右に回して、局いせス
トッパー指針❺の位置を "8" に合わせておいて
ください。
1) Turning top feed adjusting dial ❶ clockwise (in the
direction of "+") increases the top feed amount.
Turning the dial counter clockwise (in the direction
of "–") decreases the top feed amount. You can
roughly know the top feed amount from the position
of pointer ❷ on graduated scale ❹ .
2) Partial shirring adjusting dial ❸ is used to control
the maximum top feed amount when the partial
shirring device, PF-6, is used. For the operation
method of the partial shirring device, refer to "32.
PARTIAL SHIRRING DEVICE PF-6".
(Precaution) When the partial shirring device, PF-6,
is not used, turn dial ❸ clockwise to set
point ❺ at "8".
