5) 用平头螺丝❻连接钢丝支板❼。
6) 把局部归拢弹簧❽挂到孔❾上 , 再安装到局部归拢驱动臂❿的孔
7) 安装膝顶器时 , 请固定到使用方便的位置。
8) 把轴套⓬安装到下支柱上 , 再固定到下支柱沟⓭的左端。
9) 把踏板轴⓮穿过⓯～
10) 用下连接杆 连接踏板 ( 小 ) ⓰和踏板连接曲轴 。
11) 用连接杆 连接踏板 ( 大 ) ⓴ , 和马达 。此时 , 连接杆 倾斜 , 但不影响缝纫机的运转。

2. 局部归拢装置的安装
1) 在机台背面 ❶ 钻 4 个木螺丝 ❷ 的导孔
2) 从机台背面用木螺丝 ❷ 把钢丝套管导线器 ❸
安装到 的位置上。
3) 用木螺丝 ❺ 把局部归拢钢丝组件 ❹ 安装到
的位置上。
4) 把 PF-6 用油盘安装到机台上。
5) 段ねじ❻ でワイヤー支え板❼ を連結します。
6) 局部いせ込み戻しばね❽ を穴❾ に掛けた後、
局部いせ駆動腕❿ の穴⓫に取り付けます。
7) ひざ当てを取り付け、使用しやすい位置に固定
します。
8) 下支柱に軸受⓬ を下支柱溝⓭ の左端に固定し
ます。
9) ⓯ 〜 にペダル軸⓮ を通し、軸受 を右端に
横ガタがないように固定します。
10) 下連結棒 で踏板 ( 小 ) ⓰とペダル連結腕 と
を連結します。
11) 連結棒 により踏板 ( 大 ) ⓴とモータ とを連
結します。この時、連結棒 は傾きますが、ミ
シンの運転には支障ありません。
5) Connect wire support plate ❼ using hinge screw ❻ .
6) Hook partial shirring returning spring ❽ into hole ❾
and then attach the spring to hole ⓫ in partial shirr-
ing driving arm

7) Attach the knee pad in a convenient position and fi x
it in place.
8) Fix in place bearing ⓬ at the right end of groove ⓭
in the lower support.
9) Pass pedal shaft ⓮ through ⓯ to
place bearing

10) Connect the step board (small) ⓰ and pedal con-

11) Connect step board (large) ⓴ and motor
