If the conference originator hangs up the conference will be terminated, and this option
is enabled, the originator will transfer other parties to each other so they can choose to
either continue the conversation or hang-up. Default is No
Gives the users the possibility of making conference calls by pressing "Flash" key, when
it's enabled by dialing *23 +second callee number. Default is No
