If the battery is insu ciently charged, the stand-
ing lights or parking lights will be switched o
automatically to facilitate the next engine start.
The exterior lighting (except standing and parking
lights) will switch o automatically when the driv-
er's door is opened.

When the vehicle is switched on, the standing
lights, low beam and daytime running lights are
switched on automatically depending on the light
conditions.

When the light switch is set to Ã, the
dipped beam may not be switched on auto-
matically if there is fog, snow or other causes
of poor visibility such as spray.
