Continued from the previous page.
Changing the
Perform the procedure below to change the oil filter.

1. Drain the engine oil as described above.
2. Unscrew and remove the retaining screw (c1) on the oil filter cover (c), and pull
out the oil filter (c2).
3. Clean or replace the oil filter as needed.
To clean the oil filter: Use low pressure compressed air to remove any visible
debris on the oil filter.
To replace the oil filter: Discard the old oil filter in accordance with environmental
regulations. Replace with a Wacker Neuson-supplied oil filter and O-ring.
4. Reinstall the oil filter, oil filter cover, and retaining screw.
Result
The oil and oil filter have now been changed.
WARNING
Most used oil contains small amounts of materials that can cause cancer and other
health problems if inhaled, ingested, or left in contact with skin for prolonged
periods of time.
Take steps to avoid inhaling or ingesting used engine oil.
Wash skin thoroughly after exposure to used engine oil.
