Sink the attachment (13) into the bowl with
products.
Set the required operation speed using the
control knob (6). To switch the unit on, press
and hold the button (5)
If you press and hold the button (4) «TURBO»,
the unit will operate at maximum rotation
speed.
After you finish using the unit, take the power
plug out of the mains socket and remove the
attachment (13), pressing the clamp but-
tons (2).
USING THE WHISK (8)
Use the whisk (8) only for beating cream, making
biscuit dough or mixing ready desserts.
WARNING: Before assembling make sure
that the power plug is not inserted into the
mains socket.
Insert the whisk (8) into the gear (7).
Attach the gear (7) to the motor unit (3) till the
clamps (2) click.
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
Sink the whisk (8) into the bowl with prod-
ucts.
Set the required operation speed using the
control knob (6). To switch the unit on, press
and hold the button (5)

Attention!
Do not use the whisk (8) to knead stiff

before the unit is switched on.
USING THE CHOPPING KNIFE (10)
The chopping knife (10) is used to chop meat,
onion, herbs, garlic, vegetables and fruits.
Attention!
Do not chop very hard products, such
as nutmegs, coffee beans, cereals and
ice.
Before you start chopping:
Remove bones, veins and cartilage from
meat.
Cut meat, onion, garlic, carrots etc. into
approximately equal slices.
When chopping greens, remove stems of
herbs.

CHOPPING
WARNING: Before assembling the unit, make
sure that the power plug is not inserted into
the mains socket.
Caution! The chopping knife (10) is very
sharp! Always hold the chopping knife (10)
only by the plastic end.
Set the chopping knife (10) on the axis (12).
Put the products into the bowl (11).
Place the ledges of the geared lid (9) into
the grooves on the bowl (11) and rotate the
geared lid (9) clockwise until it is fixed.
Install the motor unit (3) on the geared lid (9)
till the clamps (2) click.
Set the required operation speed using the
control knob (6). To switch the unit on, press
and hold the button (5)
When the button (4) «TURBO» is pressed, the
unit operates at maximal rotation speed.
During operation hold the motor unit (3) with
one hand and the bowl (11) with the other
hand.

After using the chopping knife (10) discon-
nect the motor unit (3) from the geared lid (9)
pressing the clamp buttons (2).
Remove the geared lid (9) rotating it coun-
terclockwise.
Carefully remove the chopping knife (10) tak-
ing it by the plastic end.
Take the chopped products out of the chop-
per bowl (11).
Attention! Strictly follow the described
sequence of operations.
Maximal volume of the products to process
should not exceed 500 ml.
CLEANING
Attention! The blades of the chopping knife
(10) are very sharp and may be dangerous.
Handle the knife very carefully!
Unplug the unit before cleaning.
Remove the attachments.
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor
unit (3), the gears (7, 9) and the upper part
of the mash making attachment (13) and then
wipe them dry.
After processing of salty or sour products it
is necessary to rinse the chopper knife (10)
