  • Page 2 Your EMOJO Caddy trike comes packed in 2 boxes, it is advisable to handle them in a team of 2 people due to the weight and size. PACKAGE It is recommended to use a clean, padded surface to work on to avoid scratches and possible damage to some of the parts when assembling; you can unfold the carton box and use it as working area.
  • Page 3 Iden/fy all the parts included: A) Main frame (with preassembled front suspension, crank and handlebar) B) Rear frame assembly C) Front and rear baskets (the rear basket is larger than the front basket), the 4 large L-brackets are necessary to mount the rear fenders, the small bracket belongs to the front fender.   • Page 5 AWach the rear axle assembly to the main frame; use the 6 allen socket head black bolts (1.5”), flat washers and the safety nuts, 3 sets per side. There are a total of 12 flat washers, use 2 flat washers per bolt assembly. REAR AXLE IMPORTANT: Do not /ghten the bolts yet, the bolts should be fully /ghtened ader the chain is installed. See chain assembly ahead.
  • Page 6 Insert the handlebar stem into the frame; the handlebar is already preassembled with the hand controls and LCD screen. A) Use the top-loading screw to secure the stem to the fork B) Use the 2 side aluminum-color screws to /ghten the stem sleeve to the pole C) To adjust the stem height turn the long horizontal screw as shown in the picture HANDLEBAR Lid and /lt forward the handlebar then turn clockwise the screw facing the rider to adjust the height.
  • Page 7 It is highly recommended you install the front fender before the front wheel to allow you more room to secure the fender nuts and bolts to the fork. See the next step as it is recommended to be performed along with the front fender installa6on. A) AWach the small L-shaped bracket to the front fork, (the small bracket is 2.25” long), use the long 3.5” screw with safety nut and washers. B) AWach the fender to the L bracket; the fender is posi/oned beneath the bracket. Use the 3/8”socket head screws and washers, secure with the safety nuts.   • Page 8 Your CADDY trike includes a LED headlamp. To install the lamp use the same long 2” screw you used to aWach the L-shaped bracket to the front fork. 1-Pass the 2” screw thru the headlamp bracket 2-Connect the wires from the trike to the lamp, the wire with the text on it is the + (posi/ve), the wire with no text is the – (nega/ve) 3-To turn on the headlight, first turn on your display by pressing the M buWon, then press and hold the UP arrow for a few seconds. Pass the front fender 2” screw thru HEADLAMP This loop on the lamp bracket Posi/ve wire Posi/ve wire input on the headlamp rear.
  • Page 9 A)Remove the front fork protec/ve screw. Note, this screw is mean to protect the fork during shipping, should be removed and discarded. B) Insert the front wheel into the front suspension fork, make sure the disk brake is on the led side and slides into the caliper of the brake. C) Add the flat washers on each side of the assembled wheel and axle D) Add the locking nuts and /ghten E) Connect the motor wire ends (next page) FRONT WHEEL Con/nues…...

  • Page 11 AWach the chain around the front sprocket (1), then aWach it around the rear smaller sprocket (2). The chain comes open to facilitate the installa/on, you must close the chain inser/ng the join link (3) on both ends of the chain to close it and lock it with the link locking plate. (4) CHAIN (2) (1) (3) A+er the chain is assembled you can fully =ghten the rear assembly bolts and nuts.
  • Page 12 A) The rear caliper cables are already routed all the way into the main frame, Iden/fy the led from the right cable. B) The cables must be routed under the rear axle C) Pass each cable end thru the caliper guide (C), the rubber sleeve of the cable will not go any further. Loosen the cable screw on the caliper (D) and insert the naked sec/on of the cable thru as shown in the picture, gently pull the cable and adjust how much of the cable length comes to the other side to determine the brake adjustment D) Tighten the cable security screw.   • Page 13 It is highly recommended to a>ach the rear fenders to the rear basket before fixing the basket to the frame. A)  AWach the L-shaped brackets to the tabs on the basket, the short sec/on of the L brackets aWaches the frame tabs, the long sec/on aWaches to the fenders. Use 3/8”socket head screws and flat washers, secure the screws with the safety nuts. B) AWach each fender to the long sec/on of the L brackets. Use the polished 3/8”socket head screws and flat washers, secure the screws with the safety nuts. NOTE: The L brackets are sloWed to allow some room for adjustment, try to level them even to avoid the fenders be /lted to one side and may end up too close to the wheel. Use the 3/8” socket head screws to aWach the brackets and fenders. REAR FENDERS L-shape bracket: Short sec/on aWaches to the frame tab, long sec/on to the fenders...
  • Page 14 A) Fix the rear large basket on the rear frame sec/on, there are 4 holes on the boWom of the basket which should match the holes on the rear frame. B) Pass the 2” socket head bolts thru the basket and rear frame, add the flat washer and the safety nut C) AWach the tail gate chains. Use the 2” socket head screws to aWach the brackets and fenders. REAR BASKET...
  • Page 15 AWach the front basket to the bracket on the stem, pass the screws thru plate on the basket and /ghten them with the 3/8” socket head screws. Use four 3/8” socket head screws to fix the front basket to the frame bracket FRONT BASKET...
  • Page 16 Slide the baWery down into the guide, the baWery shell has a groove on one of its sides, the guide on the frame slides into the grove. BATTERY AND SEAT Insert the seat pole into the the frame, adjust the seat height as desired and lock into posi/on by closing the seat lock clamp.
