Holds the maximum value of the digital
conversion value while the Max. / Min. hold is
executed.
Holds the minimum value of the digital
conversion value while the Max. / Min. hold is
executed.
Sets the following statuses in bulk in units of
WORD.
When disconnection is detected: ON, when
disconnection is restored: OFF
Enabled only when 1-5 V, 4-20 mA range is
selected.
