The Hyena BP-B250 bike may not turn on after being idle for 4 months because the battery has likely entered an over-discharged state. According to the manual, if the battery is over-discharged, it will automatically disconnect the circuit for safety protection. Additionally, the storage temperature range for up to 3 months is -20℃ to +40℃ at 80% RH, and for up to 12 months, it is -20℃ to +20℃ at 80% RH, with a recoverable capacity of 80%. If the battery has been stored outside these conditions or for too long without charging, it may have lost too much power to function. To resolve this, try fully charging the battery before attempting to turn on the bike.
