The Hyena BP-B250 bike may not turn on after being idle for 4 months because the battery has likely entered an over-discharged state. According to the manual, if the battery is over-discharged, it will automatically disconnect the circuit for safety protection. Additionally, the storage temperature range for up to 3 months is -20℃ to +40℃ at 80% RH, and for up to 12 months, it is -20℃ to +20℃ at 80% RH, with a recoverable capacity of 80%.
