Folder and file names and generation
rules
When first transferring music to the
USB device, a "MUSIC" folder is created
directly below the "ROOT" folder.
Folders and files are generated within this
"MUSIC" folder as follows.
CD SYNCHRO

AUDIO CD "FLDR001"
MP3
(DATA CD)
REC 1
Music

AUDIO CD "REC1‑CD"
MP3
(DATA
CD/DVD)
Except when resuming playback.

Folder and file numbers are assigned serially

Up to 64 characters of folder name and 60

characters of file name are assigned.
A new file is created in the "REC1‑CD" or

"REC1‑MP3" folder each time REC 1 is
performed.

Press  RETURN.
To delete audio files or folders from
the USB device
You can delete audio files or folders on
the USB device. Note that you cannot
delete files and folders in shuffle play
mode or program play mode.

on the unit repeatedly to select "USB. "

folder.
To delete all files in a folder, press
CLEAR.
