Welding System Composition.
The Cebora SOUND MIG ROBOT SPEED
STAR Welding System is a multi-process
system
for
synergic
developed for use in combination with a welding

26 Standard cable corresponding to the field bus
used.
NOTE: If the Robot Control (fig. 2) has the
CANopen communication line type, the
interface (25) and the cable (26) are not
necessary.

It comprises a Power Source, eventually
equipped with Cooling Unit, a Wire Feeder a
Control Panel and, if necessary, a Robot
Interface (see fig. 2).

The Power Source (21) is equipped with
the insulated CAN-2 CANbus line
purposely realized for direct connecting
Power Sources and Robot Control.
In such case the CANopen cable (4) must
be requested separately to Cebora.

This manual.
This Instruction Manual refers to the Wire Feeder
and has been prepared to educate the personnel
assigned to install, operate and maintain the
Welding System.
It must be stored carefully in a place familiar to
users and consulted whenever there are doubts.
It must be kept for the entire operative life-span
of the machine and used to order spare parts.
At the moment the Cebora SOUND MIG
ROBOT SPEED STAR system presents one
model of Wire Feeder:
Wire Feeder WF4-R5, art 1651.00, for
general applications.
