20. After switching on, slightly lower the cutting disc till it touches the workpiece, then start to cut. Don't let the disc shake and jump. This will damage the
round edge and may damage the disc.
21. The tool can cut any materials successfully with min. touch.
22. The cutting times and quality of each disc may change a lot according to cutting time. Quick cutting may cause disc wear promptly, but it is helpful to burr
and fading in colour.
23. Use disc shield at times.

2. Press the cutting handle lightly
Pull out the head locking pin and lock in the external position (Figure 1) to let the cutting head rises to its upper position.
If the release is difficult:
• Gently shake the cutting head up and down.
• Pull out the locking pin completely and turn 1/4 turn to lock external location.
Note: We recommend locking the cutting head when not using the machine .Set it in its downward position so that the locking pin is fully inserted into its
socket.
3. Install or remove the blade
Warning: Only use original blades or designed blade for this machine. Ensure the maximum blade speed compatible with the machine.
Warning: Perform this operation only when the machine is disconnected from the power supply.
Make. Note: It is recommended that the operator replace the machine during the installation process.
When operating the blade, consider wearing protective gloves.
3.1 Remove the blade
• Make sure the cutting head is in its upper position
• Loosen the fastening screws and rotate the shield upward, exposing the mandrel of the machine (Fig.2).
• Press the spindle lock button to engage the spindle lock (Fig.3).
• Use the provided hex wrench to loosen the spindle screw (Fig.4).
Note: The mandrel screw has right-hand threads.
Turn clockwise to tighten. Turn counter clockwise to loosen.
• Remove the mandrel screw, washer and outer blade flange and store safely, for future installation.
• Rotate by hand to retract the lower blade guard upward to the upper blade guard (Fig.5).
• Remove the blade and leave the inner blade flange in its maintenance position.
3.2 Install the blade
• Make sure all components are free of dust and debris
• Install the blade on the inner blade flange and the mandrel, make sure the arrow direction on blade is same with the arrow direction on the blade guard.
(Fig.6)
• Reinstall the outer blade flange, washer and spindle screw.
• Press the spindle lock button to lock the spindle (Figure a.).

• Make sure to remove the hex wrench from the mandrel screw and store it properly for future use.
• Check the installation, especially by lowering and raising the cutting head several times operating retractable lower blade guard.
Warning: After installing a new blade, always run the machine for a few minutes. Keep away from the blade. If the blade pack contains undetected defects, it
may break during the trial operation.
4. Cutting stroke adjustment
• The downward stroke of the cutting head is adjusted to prevent the blade from touching the metal base of the machine, the downward stroke of the cutting
head can be adjusted.
Put down the cut head and check whether the blade is in contact with the machine base. If you need to adjust down stroke of the whole cutting head:
• Loosen the lock nut on the downward stroke limit screw (Fig.7A).
• Rotate the adjusting screw (anticlockwise) to reduce the cutting head's down-stroke (Fig.7B).
• Turn the adjusting screw (clockwise) to increase the downward stroke of the cutting head.
• When the cutting head reaches a satisfactory downward stroke, tighten the adjustment screw lock tight nut.
5. Cutting angle adjustment
Note: The lower jaw can be turned over 45 degrees.
The factory setting of the rear vice is 0⁰ (the blade is 90 degrees), so that the blade just passes through the material located in the vice.
