YOGHURT
1. Pour milk and leaven in the form (6) in the proportion 1:10.
Note: Use natural yogurt with minimum shelf-life free of additives and coloring agents as a leaven. You can
make leaven by yourself from special bacteria leaven (you can find it in a drugstore or in healthy food stores)
following the instructions attached.
2. Select the "YOGURT" program, use the «LOAF WEIGHT» button (14) to set the cooking time of 6 or 8 hours.
Attention! Do not move the unit during its operation.
3. Put a ready yogurt in the refrigerator in order to prevent bacteria growth.
4.
You can add fruit, jam and honey in a ready natural yogurt.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
– Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
– Wipe the body and lid (3) with a wet cloth.
– Wash baking form (6), paddles (7), measuring cup (8), spoon (9) and hook (10) in warm water with a
neutral detergent.
Note: If the paddle (7) can not be removed from the axle, fill the form (6) with warm water and wait for about
30 minutes.
You may also wash the forms (6) and the paddle (7) in a dishwasher.
– Dry forms (6) and paddle (7) carefully before fixing them in the bread maker.
– Do not immerse the unit, power cord and cord plug into water and other liquids.
STORAGE
– Before storage clean the bread maker and wait till it is completely dry.
– Store the unit in a cool dry place away from children.

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Unplug the unit, take the form
out, let the unit cool down at room
temperature
Switch the unit off, open the lid and
wait for 10-20 minutes.
Switch the unit off and contact the
authorized service center
Switch the unit off by unplugging the
power cord plug from the socket.
Take the form out, let the unit cool
down. Wipe the walls of the process
chamber and the heating element
with a wet cloth.
When making bread according
to this recipe switch the unit off
immediately after the bread is ready
Grease the paddle with oil before
assembly
