C. Position and Level the Appliance
1. Move the appliance into position.
2. Place a level along the bottom edge of the appliance.
3. Use the adjustable legs of the appliance to level it front-to-back and side-to-side.

If a satisfactory counter location is not available, use a Model UNISTAND34 Equipment Stand.
This stand, illustrated in Figure 3-1, is designed to support a SteamCraft Ultra 5 Steamer, and
meets all necessary support and safety criteria.

Installation of the Cleveland Range Model No. UNISTAND34 Steamer Stands with a SteamCraft
Steamer
To complete the installation of a Cleveland Range SteamCraft Steamer with a UNISTAND34 Stand the
installer must be familiar with all the instructions contained in this manual
•
Installation of Cleveland Range Steamers on stands must be performed by qualified Cleveland Range
authorized technicians
•
Read the entire installation procedure before beginning installation of kit
•
Failure to follow instructions will result in DEATH, INJURY, or EQUIPMENT DAMAGE
1. Flanged mounting pad feet are at back of stand
2. Place stand in selected location
3. Back of the steamer and the back of the stand MUST face same way
4. Set steamer directly on stand as shown in Figure 3-3

Legs provided with Steamers are not used with a stand
5. Position steamer mounting bolts over
the first and third set of 1" holes in the
stand top (Figure 3-2)
6. For Model 21CGA5 Gas Fired Steamer:
Make sure that ventilation holes in
bottom of steamer
ventilation holes
