INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPLACING AIR FILTER AND VIS LAMPS IN MODEL 7540-3 Parts Required: (1) Air Filter, (4) Velcro Discs, (14) Lamps Tools Required: Drill, Phillips Screwdriver Bit Parts included in Preventative Maintenance Kit for Model 7540-3-VIS are shown below. Air Filter Lamps Velcro Discs REPLACING AIR FILTER Note: Photos may have a different appearance depending on chamber options. - Page 4 4. Unfasten (4) Velcro connections on air filter and discard filter as shown below. Note: Remove and discard any Velcro discs with loops that may still be attached to hook discs located on condenser and replace hook discs as needed. 1. Slide bottom light bank shelf out of chamber as shown below. Bottom Light Bank Shelf 2. Remove light bank shelf and place lamp side up on flat surface as shown below.
