Settings:
30 sec
Kneeling Inner Thigh Stretch
Place the inside of your right thigh on
the platform with your knee bent. Sit
back into the stretch, or move back
and forth. Repeat with your left leg.
Seated Glute / Hip Stretch
Place your right glute and leg, bent
at a 45 degree angle, across the
platform. Using your left leg for
support, lean forward. Keep your
chest up. Repeat with your left leg
and glute on the platform.

Mat Recommended
Increased Vibration Travel
Calf Stretch
Standing on the platform, drop your
right heel off the machine. Your right
leg should be straight and your left
leg should be bent. Lean forward and
hold on to the handlebars for support.
Repeat with your left leg.
Lat Stretch
Kneel on the floor and place both arms
on the platform, keeping them straight.
Slowly sit back onto your heels. Sink
your chest toward the floor.
