Our unit is only operating on the 30 second interval. We would like it to go to the 9 minute interval. Please advise us how to change this.

To set the interval on the Power Plate MOVE to 9 minutes, press the Start button. The timer will count up from 00:00 to 9:00 minutes automatically.
