The enamel is fired at very high temperatures.
This may cause minor color differences. This is
normal and will not adversely affect operation.
The narrow edges of the baking trays cannot be
completely enamelled. They can therefore be rough.
The protection against corrosion remains intact.
Surfaces in the interior
The rear wall in the interior is self-cleaning. This can
be seen from the rough surface.
The bottom, ceiling and side parts are enamelled
and have a smooth surface.
Cleaning enamel surfaces
Clean the smooth enamel surfaces with a cleaning
cloth and warm soapy water or vinegar water. Dry
with a soft cloth.
Soak burnt-on food residues with a damp cloth and
soapy water. In case of heavy soiling, use a stainless
steel scouring pad or oven cleaner.
Attention!
Never use oven cleaner in the warm interior. Damage to
the email may occur. Before the next heating up,
completely remove residues from the interior and the
appliance door.
After cleaning, leave the interior open to dry.
Note:
White deposits can form due to food residues.
These are harmless and do not affect the function. If
necessary, you can remove the residue with citric acid.
Cleaning self-cleaning surfaces
The self-cleaning surfaces are coated with porous, matt
ceramic. Splashes from baking and roasting are
absorbed by this layer and broken down while the
appliance is in use.
If the self-cleaning surfaces no longer clean
themselves sufficiently and dark spots appear, these
can be removed by targeted heating.
Set up
First remove the shelves, pull-out rails, accessories and
molds from the interior. Clean the smooth enamel
surfaces, the door and the interior lighting cover.
Set the heating type 3D hot air.
1.
Set maximum temperature.
2.
Start operation and let it run for at least 1 hour. The
3.
ceramic layer is regenerated.
Brownish or whitish residues can be removed with water
and a soft cloth when the cooking compartment has
cooled down.
Note:
Reddish spots may appear on the surfaces during
use. This is not about rust, but about food stains.
These stains are not harmful to health and do not affect
the cleaning ability of the self-cleaning surfaces.
Attention!
Do not use oven sprays for the self-cleaning surfaces.
The surfaces will then be damaged. If oven spray does
get on these surfaces, wipe off immediately with water
and a dish cloth. No rubbing and no abrasive
use cleaning aid.
Keep device clean
To avoid stubborn dirt, always keep the appliance clean
and remove dirt immediately.
:
Warning – Risk of fire!
Loose food, grease and meat juices can catch fire.
Before use, clean the interior, heating elements and
accessories from gross contamination.
Tips
Always clean the interior after use. This way no dirt
can burn in.
Always remove lime, grease, starch and protein stains
immediately.
Use the universal pan to cook very moist
cakes.
Use suitable utensils for frying, eg a frying pan.
