Setting the Snowthrower

Procedure
1. Start the machine and lower the snowthrower on
cardboard so that there is a small gap between
the scraper edge and the ground.
2. Shut off the machine and remove the key.
3. Loosen the nuts that secure both skids to the
auger sides until the skids slide up and down
easily.
1. Skid
4. Move the skids down until they are even with
the ground.
5. Adjust the stop bolt as follows:
A. Support the A-frame using blocks or a
cylinder lock.
B. Loosen the jam nut.
