Remove the oil dipstick, wipe the dipstick with a clean cloth, insert it into the oil port without tightening the dipstick to check the oil level. If the oil level is below the bottom of the dipstick, add the recommended oil.

    Check the Fuel Level Use automotive gasoline (preferably unleaded or low-lead gasoline to reduce combustion chamber carbon and reduce environmental pollution). When the fuel level is too low, please add fuel to the required level. Never use a mixture of oil and gasoline or dirty gasoline. Prevent dirt, water into the fuel tank.

    Operating the Generator WARNING  In order to prevent electric shock caused by improper use, the generator should be grounded. Connect a thick cable between the ground terminal of the generator and the external ground source.  If the unit is used as a backup power source for a building, the connection of the generator to its power system shall be carried out by a professional electrician and must comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

To prevent the carburetor from malfunctioning, check the air filter following the maintenance schedule. If you use the generator in a particularly dirty place, you need to keep the maintenance regularly.
