Parameters
It is designed to adjust the size and position of monitor. Under the mode of Presentation,
PST|PGM, Matrix|Aux, Parameter works the same as the bar under interface.

Parameter of Monitor Width, Height, Up Down Left Right Border are to set the overall monitor
Display Area, not not single monitor, but the bar under is for single monitor.
