3. ASSEMBLY NOTE: The tool must not be plugged to electrical supply when assembly. a. Fixing of the saw The base of the scroll saw must be placed and secured on a solid, level surface in a place that is not accessible to children. Fasten the drum with 3 nuts and bolts through the 3 holes provided for this purpose.

d. Aligning the angle pointer Loosen the table and the pointer and adjust with a square (not supplied) until a perfect angle is obtained with the blade and table. Then tighten the table and the pointer screw. e. Installing/replacing and adjusting the blade Turn the tension knob counter clockwise to release the saw blade.

4. UTILISATION a. Inserting the workpiece Adjust the protection and the slide according to the size of the workpiece. Tighten the screws and fasteners. Push the guard up to the cutting slide. Any unused blade must be protected! Switch the machine on firmly. Place the workpiece on the entry table.
5. MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE a. Cleaning of chips When using your machine it is important to connect a vacuum cleaner connected to the chip outlet so that the chips do not remain in the motor or in the chassis of the machine. Chip accumulation can alter the drive belt and cause the engine to overheat.
