• How heater was malfunctioning
• Type of gas used (Propane or Natural gas)
• Purchase date

For all models. Equipment shutoff valve with 1/2" NPT tap.
Existing Gas Line
When Gas Pressure Is Too Low
• pilot will not stay lit
• burners will have delayed ignition
• fireplace will not produce specified heat
