Putting together the ailerons
Remove the aileron pieces from the balsa sheets and align them as shown, making sure

Step 4: Installing the Aileron Servo

You will install the aileron servo by cutting a hole in the wing and press fitting the aileron
servo in place. You will need:
1/32" music wire (Wire)
Heat shrink tubing (Bagged Parts)

Installing the servo
Using a sharp #11 Xacto blade, cut a rectangular hole at the center joint of the wing,

directly in front of the spar for the aileron servo. Use your servo as a guide and make the
hole slightly smaller than the servo so that the servo will fit snugly in the hole.
Cut the hole all the way through the wing so that the wires will exit the bottom of the

wing, and then press the servo into the hole.
