    1. SAFETY General Safety Notes. The operator of the machine is responsible for, and has a duty of care in making sure that the machine is operated safely and in accordance with the instructions in this user manual. Keep the manual safe and pass it on if the machine is loaned or sold to another user.

The pressure safety valves on Hyundai compressors have been updated to comply 2.32 with the latest CE certification standards. The pressure release pull ring has been removed from the valve due to the pull ring being incorrectly used to drain the air from the compressor tank, causing excessive wear to this safety valve.
  • Page 9 3. PREPERATION WARNING Seek assistance when removing the compressor from its packaging. Remove the compressor from its packaging and inspect for any damaged parts. If anything is found to be missing or damaged, contact your supplier. Take care to transport the compressor correctly, do not overturn it or lift it with hooks or ropes.

    4. STARTING PROCEDURE NOTE ALWAYS check the engine oil and pump oil before starting. Check the air outlet valve on the tank end-plate is closed. Ensure that the engine oil and pump oil levels are correct. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position and move the choke lever half way. Gently pull the recoil start handle until you feel resistance and then pull swiftly until the engine starts.

    5. STOPPING PROCEDURE Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position. 6.
