Application Is Not Correct

applications later will reset most
settings back to their defaults. Use

Control Basic Programs Do Not Work

NOTE: The FlexStat has a library of built-
in applications and options that are
configured through the FlexStat's
display. Beyond these standard
configurations, custom changes can
be added to a FlexStat using KMC
software.
NOTE: Control Basic programs 1 through 5 are
used for built-in applications. Programs
6 through 10 are empty and can be

used for additional programming. Using
KMC software, a program (1 through
5) can be copied, pasted into a new
program code object (6 through 10),
edited, and run in place of the original.
Make a backup before modifying any
built-in programs!
NOTE: Customized programs are the
responsibility of the user. KMC Controls
does not provide support for such
programs.
• Check that program objects are running and
they have Run on Cold Start selected.
• Check that program objects are not configured
as Out Of Service.
• Check the Control Basic code for errors in
syntax, priority levels, and other issues. For
assistance with Control Basic commands, see
the Help system in the software.

Configuration Issues

• Check for proper connections between the
controller and software.
• See the help information in the documentation
for the software.
• To restore configuration values to their
factory defaults, change and then restore the
application.

Objects Are Missing

• For missing objects (e.g., objects that have
been accidentally deleted), use KMC software
to create objects.

(Unknown) Password Is Required

• A default Level 2 password is required for initial
configuration. See the
Default Password Technical Bulletin
