If you executed the above procedure correctly, all slave units will
automatically change their couple state to ON and from this
moment onwards, all outputs will be synchronized. If you want to
remove slave units from couple mode, all you have to do is change
the Couple State on the master unit to OFF.
After you have synchronized all of your instruments, you can further
adjust the phase offset between the instrument. Select the Edge
Offset parameter and rotate the dial to program the required phase
offset. While modifying the edge offset, bear in mind that both
channels are shifted simultaneously from the adjacent channel.
Also note that the offset has 4 points resolution, so expect to have
increments of sample clock period x 4.
Due to cable connections and depending on the length
of the cables you are using, it is possible that you'll
notice some phase delays between the master and slave
units. This is perfectly normal. If you are using 1-meter
cables, you should expect about 2 ns delay between
master and slave. Additional delays will accumulate as
you add slave units. You can minimize the delay effect
