II. UNPACKING AND INSTALLATION
When a piece of metal is brought in from a cold to warm place, droplets of water tend to form
on its surface. This phenomenon is known as "condensation" and, in machines, can cause blank
copies.
If the machine has been brought in from a cold place, leave it alone at least for one hour before
starting to install it.

Take out the machine and the attachments
from the shipping box, and check to make sure
that none is missing:

Remove the packaging bag and all fixing tape.
Remove the shipping attachment [1] (gold-

colored screw) from the left of the machine
