Reason / solution
• Cold start rinse has to be performed to ensure that the system is filled
with water
– Press rinse key
• Flowmeter not working correctly
– Check flowmeter
• Change hydraulic module
• Milk container is almost empty, dispensing of products still possible
– Refill milk container with milk
• Too much coffee is ground, exceeding the fill capacity in brew chamber
– Check the powder quantity and adjust the grinder finer
• Defective 24V piston motor
• Drive screw or brew chamber contaminated
• Change mechanic module
• Cleaning was interrupted (power outage during cleaning)
– Start daily cleaning again
• Cleaning key is not correctly mounted
– Insert cleaning key and turn it 90° clockwise
• Defective solenoid switch of cleaning key
• Cleaning has to be started again
• Info message, refrigerator temp is lower than 4 °C
– if on short notice, only as info
– if permanent, check refrigerator for freezing
– Check the refrigerators temperature sensor
