Troubleshooting
Please note the mattress elevator does not contain any user serviceable
components. Do not disassemble any components. In the event of failure,
refer to your supplier.
In the event the mattress elevator fails to operate, complete the checks listed
below:
1.
First ensure the metal framework (mechanism) is not obstructed.
2.
Ensure there is power to the mattress elevator; this is indicated by a
green light on the transformer.
3.
Check the power cables are all connected properly.
4.
If the mattress elevator is overloaded, or usage exceeds 10 % (6 minutes
per hour), the power supply has a built in cut out. This will prevent
further use and protects electrical components. Allow the mattress
elevator 30 minutes to cool down before operating.
5.
Check 5 amp plug fuse has not blown.
If, having completed the above checks, the mattress elevator still fails to
operate, please contact Customer Services on 0870 428 6295.
