- Page 4 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS • This unit should only be used on a level surface and is intended for indoor use only. XMARK Fitness recommends an equipment mat be placed under the unit to protect the floor or carpet and for easier cleaning.
- Page 5 Assembly NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and locknuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 1 Pull the Locking Pop Pin (5) out as far as it will go and Slide Speed Bag Support (3) into Upright Frame (1). Beware of the direction and secure with the Locking Pop Pin (5) and a Knob Bolt (6) as illustrated.
