SAFETY PRECAUTIONS • This unit should only be used on a level surface and is intended for indoor use only. XMARK Fitness recommends an equipment mat be placed under the unit to protect the floor or carpet and for easier cleaning. -

Assembly [9#] ST9.5*75 4pcs [12#] φ10 2pcs [10#] M10*20 2pcs [8#] φ11*φ20*1.5 6pcs... - Page 6 Assembly NOTE: Wrench tighten bolts and nylon lock nuts. Attach two Support Frames (#2) to the Main Frame (#1) using: • two M10*20 Hex Head Bolts (#10) • two Φ11*Φ20*1.5 Flat Washers (#8) • two Φ10 Spring Washers (#12) Attach the Gear Hook (#11) to the Shaft (#3). NOTE: Mounting Hardware, Hex Screw ST9.5 x 75 (9) and Flat Washer 11 x 20 x 1.5 (8) are included for wall installation.
