Judgment Method ∙ IPM internal temperature more than 85°C (E455, E355)
∙ Heat sink and IPM assembly defective.
Cause of problem
∙ Defective heat sink cooling

Is the bolt of the heat sink fully tightened?
Did check the foreign objects between
the heat sink and IPM?
