Troubleshooting
- 360 Cassette Type
Condition of the indoor unit
Power reset (blinking once every 2 seconds)
In the defrost operation (blinking once every 10 seconds)
Open or short circuit error of the indoor-temperature sensor
Open or short circuit error of the evaporator-in sensor
Open or short circuit error of the evaporator-out sensor
Error of the fan in the indoor unit
1. Open or short circuit error of the outdoor-temperature sensor
2. Open or short circuit error of the condenser sensor
3. Open or short circuit error of the discharge sensor
Errors of the sensors of the outdoor unit other than the errors listed above
1. Error due to the opened EEV (2nd detection)
2. Error due to the closed EEV (2nd detection)
3. The evaporator-in sensor is detached.
4. The evaporator-out sensor is detached.
5. The condenser mid sensor is detached.
6. Refrigerant leakage (2nd detection)
7. Abnormal high temperature on the condenser (2nd detection)
8. Low pressure switch (2nd detection)
9. Abnormal high temperature on the air discharged from the outdoor unit
(2nd detection)
10. The indoor unit stops due to an unknown error of the outdoor unit.
11. Error of detection of a reverse phase
12. The compressor stops due to freeze detection (6th detection)
13. The high pressure sensor is detached.
14. The low pressure sensor is detached.
15. Compression ratio error of the outdoor unit
16. Outdoor sump down_1 prevention control
17. Compressor shutdown due to the low-pressure-sensor prevention
