TRAILER SET-UP
1. U-bolt nuts
2. Mounting holes
4. Loosen the rear U-bolt nuts.
5. Move the bunks laterally until de-
sired position is achieved.
6. Tighten the nuts to specified
torque.

To adjust the height and position:

1. With the PWC off the trailer, re-
move the bolts retaining the bunks
to their supports.
2. Install the bolts in the holes corre-
sponding the desired position.

4. Adjust the angle if necessary, refer
to Bunk Angle .

Move the winch support towards the
front or rear to move the PWC's mass.
This changes the weight applied to
the tongue.
The tongue weight should be from 3 to
10% of the total trailer and PWC
weight with tongue parallel to the
ground.
To adjust mounting plate position, re-
move three (3) nuts and washers and
slide plate forward or rearward to de-
sired position. If carriage bolts be-
come exposed relocated to a hole
below the mounting plate's desired
position. Place washers and nuts onto
carriage bolts and tighten nuts as per
the following table.
