Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Assemble Upright Frame (1), Front Connect Frame (2), Back Cushion Frame (6) with Short Base Frame (4), using Hex Head Bolt M10*70 (25), Flat WasherΦ11*Φ20*2 (28). Do not tighten the bolts. Fix the Head Cushion Frame (5) to the Short Base Frame (4), using Hex Bolt M10*65 (20), Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (28) and Nut M10 (29).
Page 5 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 2 Fix the Back Cushion (10) to the Back-Cushion Frame (6), using Hex Head Bolt M8*45 (23), Flat Washer Φ8 (26) and Flat Washer 9*Φ16*1.6 (27). Do not tighten the bolts. Fix the Head Cushion (9) to the Head Cushion Frame (5), using Hex Head Bolt M8*25 (22), Flat Washer Φ8 (26) and Flat Washer 9*Φ16*1.6 (27).
Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3 Connect the Upright Frame (1), the Front Connect Frame (2) and Rear Connect Frame (3) using Hex Head Bolt M10*65 (24) and Flat WasherΦ11*Φ20*2 (28). Assemble the Knob (13) on the Upright Frame (1). PLEASE TIGHTEN ALL THE BOLTS AND NUTS.
Page 7 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4 Fix the Weight Plate Holder (7) to the Adjustable Frame (7) using Carriage Bolt (20), Flat WasherΦ11*Φ20*2 (28) and NutM10 (29). PLEASE TIGHTEN ALL THE BOLTS AND NUTS.
