  • Page 2 IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION FOR TODDLER & DAY BEDS WARNING: ENTRAPMENT / STRANGULATION HAZARD Infants have died in toddler beds from entrapment and strangulation. Failure to follow these warnings and the assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death. NEVER use bed with children under 15 months. NEVER place bed near windows where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle a child.
  • Page 3 WARNING: ADULT ASSEMBLY ONLY, OWING TO THE PRESENCE OF SMALL PARTS, SHARP POINTS AND EDGES. CAUTION TODDLER BED: THE MINIMUM AGE SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 15 MONTHS AND THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN 50LBS. (22.7 KG). THE MATTRESS INTENDED FOR USE ON THE BED SHALL BE A FULL-SIZE CRIB MATTRESS HAVING MINIMUM DIMENSIONS OF 51-5/8 IN.
  • Page 4 STEP #1 SIDE RAIL, TODDLER RAIL & END DETAIL A PANEL ASSEMBLY STEP #1.1: If the crib is in fully assembled state please disassemble it. You may refer to "Assembly Instructions for Thayer Crib" to disassemble the crib. STEP#1.2: Align the locator pins on the end of the side rail to the corresponding holes in the end panel.
  • Page 5 STEP #2 LEG FRAME ASSEMBLY STEP #2.1: Gently lay the toddler bed on a flat surface. STEP #2.2: Attach the leg frame to bottom of the toddler bed by using Allen bolts (CC), lock washers and plain washers. See DETAIL C. STEP #2.3: Turn the bed to an upright position.
  • Page 6 STEP #3 Support Arm MATTRESS SUPPORT ASSEMBLY STEP #3.1: (BB) DETAIL D Attach the support arms to the mattress support using Allen bolts (BB), lock washers and plain washers. See DETAIL D. Plain Washer STEP #3.2: Lock Washer Hang the mattress support on both end panels by using Allen bolts (BB), lock washers and plain washers.
