Replacing the knives
Replacing the upper knife
(1) To remove the knife, loosen the upper knife set
screw and pull up the upper knife.
(2) Insert the new knife into the upper knife holder.
(3) Then turn the pulley by hand until the upper knife
is in the down position. Check that the upper
knife is in front of the lower one and adjust the
clearance between it and the edge of the lower
knife to between 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm.
(4) Retighten the upper knife securely.

Replacing the lower knife
(1) Loosen the lower knife set screw and pull down
the lower knife.
(2) Insert the new knife into the lower knife holder.
(3) Position the lower knife so that its edge is flush
with the needle plate.
(4) Tighten the lower knife set screw.

It is important to adjust the alignment of the upper
and lower knives for sharp cutting.

윗칼 교체
(1) 칼을 제거하기 위해 윗칼 고정 나사를 풀고
윗칼을 위로 당기세요.
(2) 새 칼을 윗칼 홀더에 삽입하세요.
(3) 그런 다음 윗칼이 아래 위치에 올 때까지
손으로 풀리를 돌리세요. 윗칼이 아랫칼 앞에
있는지 확인하고 윗칼과 아랫칼 가장자리 사이
간격을 0.5 mm ~ 1.0 mm로 조절하세요.
(4) 윗칼을 다시 단단히 조이세요.

아랫칼 교체
(1) 아랫칼 고정 나사를 풀고 아랫칼을 아래로
당기세요.
(2) 새 칼을 아랫칼 홀더에 삽입하세요.
(3) 아랫칼 가장자리가 바늘판과 수평이 되게
아랫칼을 놓으세요.
(4) 아랫칼 고정 나사를 조이세요.
•
날카로운 절단을 위해서는 윗칼과 아랫칼의
정렬을 조절하는 것이 중요합니다.
