Tension control
Sewing is possible at position "4" for most
circumstances. If improper stitching occurs, adjust
the tension according to the drawing below.
(Standard: SPAN 60/3Z)
A for heavy tension
(set from 4 to 7)
B for light tension
(set from 4 to 2)
C for medium tension
(set from 5 to 3)

There is a thread tension adjustment dial for each
needle thread, the lowerlooper thread and the
upperlooper thread. The correct thread tension
may vary according to the type and thickness of
the fabric and the type of thread used. Thread
tension adjustments may be necessary for any
change in sewing materials.
If the stitch quality is insufficient, select a different
tension setting from the illustration on the previous
or following pages.
Adjusting the thread tension
(1) To select the correct tension, refer to the illustration
on the previous page.
(2) If you cannot find the correct tension, refer to the
illustrations "In this case" on following pages.

스티칭이 잘 되지 않으면 아래 그림에 따라 장력을
조절하세요.

각 바늘 실, 아랫루퍼 실, 윗루퍼 실마다 실
장력 조절 다이얼이 있습니다. 올바른 실
장력은 사용하는 천의 유형과 두께, 실 유형에
따라 다를 수 있습니다. 재봉 원단을 바꾸면 실
장력 조절이 필요할 수 있습니다.
스티치 품질이 좋지 않으면 이전 페이지나
다음 페이지의 그림처럼 장력을 다르게
설정하세요.
실 장력 조절
(1) 올바른 장력을 선택하려면 이전 페이지 그림을
참조하세요.
(2) 올바른 장력을 찾을 수 없으면 다음 페이지 '이
경우에는' 그림을 참조하세요.
A 큰 장력
(4에서 7로 설정)
B 작은 장력
(4에서 2로 설정)
C 중간 장력
(5에서 3으로 설정)
