Delete External
Same as DELETE CARTRIDGE selected from the Top Panel Menu. Delete External command
(DX) is used to erase a wire list program from one of the storage locations in the cartridge.
When the DX command is typed followed by an ENTER, the signature of one of the programs in
the cartridge is displayed. Refer to the Delete Internal command above for details. Update the
cartridge label accordingly.
Learn Known Good
Same as LEARN KNOWN GOOD selected from the Top Panel Menu. The Learn Known Good
command (LG) is used to create a wire list program automatically by scanning a connected
harness assembly and storing its continuities in the working memory. The learned program
overwrites the program that is in the working memory. If the program in the working memory
has not been saved and is to be used later, use one of the Save commands before running Learn
Known Good.
Load Internal Program
Same as LOAD INTERNAL PROGRAM selected from the Top Panel Menu. Use Load Internal
Program command (LI) to load a stored program from the internal (RAM) memory location into
the working memory. When the LI command is typed followed by an ENTER, the signature of
one of the programs in internal memory is displayed. Press the letter D to advance down the list
of programs, or press the letter U to advance up the list.
The next program signature will
display each time the letter is pressed. To load the program corresponding to the displayed
signature, press ENTER.
Load External Program
Same as LOAD CARTRIDGE PROGRAM selected from the Top Panel Menu. Use Load
External Program command (LX) to load a stored program from the external cartridge memory
location into the working memory. When the LX command is typed followed by an ENTER, the
signature of one of the programs in memory is displayed. Press the letter D to advance down the
list of programs, or press the letter U to advance up the list. The next program signature will
display each time the letter is pressed. To load the program corresponding to the displayed
signature, press ENTER.
Save Internal Program
Same as SAVE INTERNAL PROGRAM selected from the Top Panel Menu. The Save Internal
Program command (SI) is used to save the program currently in the working memory into a
storage location in the internal (RAM) memory. If the RAM does not have sufficient memory to
store the program, MEMORY FULL is displayed. If there is sufficient memory, ARE YOU
SURE? is displayed. To save the program, press the letter Y.
