32.6.1 TELNET Settings

Use this screen to configure the TELNET settings. Click Configuration > Management > TELNET/SSH > TELNET
to open this screen.

32.6.2 SSH Settings

Use this screen to configure the SSH settings. Click Configuration > Management > TELNET/SSH > SSH to
open this screen.

Chapter 32 Configuration: Management
DESCRIPTION
Enter the session timeout value. The timeout can be between 0 and 86400 minutes.
Click this to renew the HTTPS certificate that is verified by a third-party to create secure HTTPS
connections between your computer and the Switch. This allows you to securely access the
Switch using the Web Configurator.
Note: Re-generating the certificate will cause a network connection reset.
Click Apply to save the changes.
Click Cancel to discard the changes.
DESCRIPTION
You can allow the Switch for remote Telnet access. The administrator uses Telnet from a
computer on a remote network to access the Switch.
Enable: allow remote Telnet access.
Disable: do not allow remote Telnet access.
Click Apply to save the changes.
Click Cancel to discard the changes.
