Placing a Front Load Container Step 1 PTO ON Raise Lift Frame Back 1. Back the truck up close to where the container will be placed. Engage the PTO and raise the lift frame high enough to clear the truck frame before tilting the fork frame. WARNING Be sure that the area in which the container carrier is to be operated is clear of personnel and obstacles overhead and on the ground.
