For the pipe, you are advised to make a project calculation in order to
respect the relevant regulations in force.
The table shows the standard configurations allowed.

discharge
Flue base bend 90°, Ø50 or Ø60 or Ø80
For ducting pipe lengths see table
The boilers are factory set to:
CH rpm
7.000
7.000
7.400
Should greater lengths be required, compensate the pressure drop with an in-
crease in the r.p.m.of the fan, as shown in the adjustments table, to provide the
rated heat input, referring to paragraph "3.9 Adjustments".
b
The minimum calibration should not be modified.
b
In case of new fan speed adjustment, carry out the CO
re as indicated in paragraph "3.8 Combustion analysis".

The Ø50 or Ø60 or Ø80 configurations contain Lab test data. In the event of
installations that differ from the indications in the "standard configurations" and
"adjustments" tables, refer to the equivalent linear lengths below.

NOTE: fill the system via the filling tap (A) making sure the boiler is electrically
180
powered.
NOTE: each time the boiler is powered up, the automatic venting cycle is car-
260
300
ried out.
342
NOTE: the presence of a water alarm (A40, A41 or A42) does not allow the
383
venting cycle to be carried out.
431
Fill the heating system as follows:
465
- open the filling tap (A) turning it counterclockwise
500
- then access the Info menu ( "4.3 INF O menu
that the pressure value reaches 1-1.5 bar
180
260
300
NOTE: if the mains pressure is less than 1 bar, keep the filling tap (A) open
342
during the venting cycle. Close it when the cycle has ended.
383
To start the venting cycle:
431
- switch off the electrical supply for a few seconds
465
- connect the power again, leaving the boiler OFF
500
- check that the gas tap is closed.
190
256
At the end of the cycle, if the circuit pressure has dropped, open the filling tap
300
(A) again to bring the pressure back up to the recommended value (1-1.5 bar).
340
The boiler is ready after the vent cycle.
380
- Remove any air in the domestic system (radiators, zone manifolds, etc.)
417
using the bleed valves.
458
- Once again check that the system pressure is correct (ideally 1-1.5 bar) and
500
restore the levels if necessary.
- If air is noticed when operating, repeat the vent cycle.
- Once the operations are finished, open the gas tap and ignite the boiler.
At this point it is possible to carry out any heat request.
2.9

Draining the heating system

Before draining, set the boiler to OFF and shut off the electrical supply setting
the system's main switch to "off".
- Close the heating system's taps (if present).
